Q. Which credit cards do you accept?A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.Q. Can I order by mail or fax?A. We accept orders by mail and fax. Q. Do you accept international orders?A. No. All foreign orders will be cancelled. We only ship inside the United States (Hawaii and Alaska included).

Q. What does OEM mean?A. Original Equipment Manufacturer. For example, a Hewlett Packard OEM toner cartridge would be a new HP toner manufactured by HP for a specific HP printer.Q. What is the warranty period for new genuine toner cartridges, ink cartridges, fusers, and maintenance kits?A. All genuine cartridges, fusers, and maintenance kits carry a full manufacturer's warranty.Q. If I don't see the toner I'm looking for; can you get it for me?A. Simply email us at sales@USAtoners.com or call us Toll free 866-20-Toner and we'll be happy to try to get it for you.Q. I would like to order bulk. Do you give bulk discounts?A. Yes. Please contact sales at sales@usatoners.com. We offer volume discount based on the quantity of the order.Q. Are your cartridges generic?A. NO, our cartridges are OEM only. All products are brand name high-quality Inkjet Cartridges and Toner Cartridges. We guarantee the quality and performance of our products.

Shipping

Q. How much is shipping and delivery?A. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of items you order and your zip code. You must add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to find out what your shipping charges will be. Shipping charges will be calculated prior to request for credit card information. Please make sure to check the shipping charges before finalizing the order. For a large quantity please contact us via email for discounted shipping rates.Q. When will my order be shipped?A. Orders on In-stock items received before 5:00 PM ET on business days (Monday - Thursday, (Friday till 1:00pm ET)) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM ET, and orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.Q. When will I receive my order?A. If your order is placed before 5:00 PM ET, you will receive your order on the next business day. Since we are located in New York City, shipping via UPS to the West Coast and central regions may take up to five business days.

Returns

Q. What is your return policy?A. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it or replace it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. However, products that are opened and are not factory sealed cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be made only to the credit card originally charged. Note: There will be a restocking fee for orders that have been shipped.Q. How can I return merchandise?A. E-mail us at orders@usatoners.com. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), include your name, e-mail address, order number, and item that you wish to return. Please let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction and your choice of exchange or refund.

Tips

Q. What happened if nothing gets printed after I replaced the cartridge?A. Please check to see if you removed the protection tape on the cartridge.Q. What should I do about poor printing quality?A. Always install the printer software that comes with the printer, clean the print heads, using the software that comes with the printer. Repeat two or three times for best results. Make sure that the printer is set for "Best Quality" under the printer settings. This applies to all inkjet printers.Q. What if the cartridge is not recognized?A. Clean the contacts on the back of the cartridge using rubbing alcohol and a q-tip.Q. What if the cartridge is missing a color?A. Take the cartridge and cover the print head with a damp cloth and shake the cartridge. Then take the same damp cloth and place the print head on the damp cloth and swipe the cartridge to make sure all the colors appear on the damp cloth. (This is the same for the black & color cartridges.) Take a picture that contains only the color missing and print the document. This will cause the cartridge to push more ink onto the paper when printing that particular zFQBr.
